Reflexology Hands & Feet

A technique that uses cups placed over the skin to create negative pressure through suction to give a deep decompression. Chinese medical practitioners believe that cupping helps keep the body in balance, increase blood flow and reduce pain.

A complimentary health approach in which a massage therapist places their hands lightly on the client, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person’s own healing response.

Foot & Hand Treatment

Scrub is applied to exfoliate and then hot steam towels to remove the scrub, moisturizing lotion is massaged into hands or feet.

Jen graduated from Arkansas Fort Smith School in 2006. She has practiced in Northwest Arkansas for 17 years and has moved to the Tahlequah area to open her practice. She enjoys time with her family and dog, camping, hiking, kayaking, reading, and gardening. She specializes in customizing a service for a person's specific needs by utilizing all of her modalities to help a patient’s quality of life. Jen is a Trauma Informed Massage Therapist, experienced with PTSD and CPTSD. Using a wide variety of techniques to calm the body and heal the mind, she can bring a wholeness back to your routine. Having worked with a midwife, she enjoys pre-natal massages by bringing comfort with her massage techniques for expectant moms. Having worked for a retirement center she is great with geriatric clients, including clients with chronic health problems and end of life massage. With experiences far reaching, from deep tissue to light touch, Jen will give you the best massage experience.
